Baker Mckenzie Amsterdam advised Koolen Industries on an international business consortium led by Dutch clean energy conglomerate Koolen Industries. They have made a multi-million-euro investment in Hardt Hyperloop, the company from Delft that created Europe’s first full-scale operational hyperloop test-facility for a high-speed zero emissions transportation system. Hardt was founded in 2017 by a group of TU Delft students after winning a competition set out by SpaceX owner and pioneer Elon Musk.
The Baker McKenzie Amsterdam M&A team advising Koolen Industries on this consortium consisted of Mohammed Almarini, Denise Ozmis, Koen Bos and Suzanne van Balen.
