Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie is advising Siemens as it plans to acquire Process Systems Enterprise (PSE), a technology-leading global supplier of software and services for advanced process modelling. PSE offers model-based solutions that span the entire process lifecycle via a unified and integrated set of tools. Siemens plans to purchase 100 percent of the share capital of PSE and to integrate its business into the Business Unit Process Automation, part of Siemens Digital Industries.
The Baker McKenzie team was led from London by Corporate Partner Jannan Crozier, together with Associates Dewi Evans, James Heller and Matthew Bennett.
Commenting on the transaction Partner Jannan Crozier said: "We are pleased to be advising Siemens on this strategic acquisition that will add cutting-edge model based solutions to its portfolio. We look forward to working with Siemens through to closing to achieve a smooth and successful acquisition."
