Baker McKenzie, the leading global law firm, has announced that Raymond Lou has joined the Firm as a partner, working from the Sydney Office.
Raymond Lou is an M&A specialist with an industry focus on the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors. Raymond is also a native Mandarin speaker with a wealth of China and cross border-related experience.
Raymond joins Baker McKenzie from Norton Rose Fulbright in Sydney where he led the China M&A team and has worked on some of the largest cross-border transactions in Australia.
