Baker McKenzie has advised Swedish investment firm EQT Partners in connection with the acquisition by its Asia-focused mid-market fund of a majority stake in Australian cloud and managed service provider Nexon Asia Pacific.
Nexon Asia Pacific provides unified communications, cloud, managed security, business solutions and digital workspace services to clients across various sectors in Australia.
