White & Case Prabhu Narasimhan to expand the Firm's full range tax capabilities;
His appointment marks a period of high profile transactional hires for the Firm
Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has hired White & Case partner Prabhu Narasimhan to join its growing tax and corporate practice in London. His hire plays a key role in both further developing the Firm's full service tax capabilities and forming a key part of the Firm's growth strategy to expand its transactional practices in key money centres.

Prabhu is a pre-eminent tax lawyer with significant experience in advising and delivering top-quality complex cross-border mandates for his corporate, private equity and family office clients around the world. His specialism expands across family offices, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, funds and associated regulatory issues. He is qualified in both English and Indian law and has been profiled by the Financial Times as one of the 5 risings stars in law across Europe and across practice areas. Prabhu joined White & Case in 2008 from Mayer Brown and was made partner in 2015. Previously, he also practiced in the VAT advisory practice at Deloitte.
