It also won the national awards "Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year" for Japan and "Tax Disputes & Litigation Firm of the Year" for Vietnam. The Firm was also recognized for its work on a number of leading tax matters, including the Indonesian mine tax reassessment, which was named a "Regional Impact Cases of the Year." Hitachi's acquisition of ABB’s power grids business and Unilever's acquisition of Horlicks' nutrition business, both on which the Firm advised, were named "Regional Impact Deals of the Year."

The International Tax Review Asia Tax Awards recognizes leading law firms and professional service firms for their excellence in providing tax advice to businesses in the region. Nominees are carefully selected based on the complexity and overall quality of their tax, transfer pricing and dispute resolution practices, as well as on market research and feedback.
