Dr. Silke Gantzckow is joining Baker McKenzie as a partner. With this new addition, Baker McKenzie strengthens the Corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt. Silke is joining from DLA Piper, where she has been a partner since 2010. Together with her team, which includes Kathrin Weber (associate) and Stephan Orf (notary specialist), she will be joining the team as soon as possible.
Dr. Silke Gantzckow specializes in cross-border and domestic transactions for industrial companies, private equity investors and real estate funds and advises on corporate acquisitions and mergers as well as corporate reorganizations. She has been working as a notary in transactions since 2015 with a focus on corporate and real estate law. In addition to real estate funds, banks and private equity investors, her clients include globally active strategic companies, particularly in the areas of clean tech/renewable energies, life science and automotive supply.
