Baker McKenzie has advised the investment funds Eurazeo, Idinvest and Bpifrance in their entry into the share capital of ManoMano, the leading European marketplace in the home improvement and gardening sector.

Created in France in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano is now a key player in online DIY and gardening in Europe.  Acting as a veritable intermediary between DIY product merchants and clients, the company operates in France, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom. The company recently launched a platform named “ManoManoPro” which is dedicated to professionals from the building sector.

This transaction, which represents a total of €110M, will enable ManoMano to continue its development in France and internationally, develop innovative BtoC and BtoB offerings and services and strengthen its R&D teams.
