Baker McKenzie has advised Ÿnsect, a company which produces insects for animal feed, in its fundraising representing a total of $125 million raised in three tranches, led by Astanor Ventures and BPI Participations as well as other well-known international investors.

Having built its prototype factory, this new fundraising will allow the company to finance the construction of the world’s biggest insect farm for the production of animal feed and fish breeding, with the objective of creating the world leader in premium, sustainable nutrition using natural insect sources on an industrial scale.
