Baker McKenzie advised Esprit, the well-known international fashion company, on the conclusion of a new framework agreement for services relating to the operation to the Esprit E-Shop with Arvato SCM Solutions, a Bertelsmann group company.
Arvato took over the performance of the services from Netrada Europe GmbH, which had become insolvent in December 2013. On February 7, 2019 Esprit and Arvato concluded a new long-term service agreement for the individual national shops.
In the last business year 2017/2018 (as per June 30, 2018) Esprit achieved a turnover of more than HKD 4 billion with e-shop transactions.
Arvato SCM Solutions offers supply chain management with a focus on end customer oriented industries such as automotive, banks and insurances, consumer goods and fashion, high-tech and entertainment, publishers and telecommunication.
