Baker McKenzie has advised private investment company Ardian on its investment in the Optimind goup, which specialises in actuarial services, risk management and strategic and operational assistance to insurers, banks and large corporations.
Ardian is one of the world leaders in private investment with assets of $72 billion managed and/or advised in Europe, America and Asia.   

This transaction, the amount of which has not been announced publicly, is broken down into a cash payment and the implementation of bank financing. 
Ardian was advised by Baker McKenzie in Paris with Matthieu Grollemund, partner, Hélène Parent, senior associate, Raphaël Sendowski and Madalina Asandului, associates, from the M&A group, Guillaume Le Camus, partner, and Charles Baudoin, counsel, on tax aspects as well as Gonzague Basso, local partner, and Thomas Lefebvre, senior associate, on banking and finance aspects.
