Baker McKenzie won seven awards at the 2018 Euromoney Legal Media Group Asia Women in Business Law Awards held in Hong Kong last night, including the coveted "Best International Firm for Women in Business Law" Award. The Firm also took home the country award for Thailand. Meanwhile, member firms Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners (HHP Law Firm) took home the Indonesia national award; Wong & Partners collected the Malaysia national award; and Quisumbing Torres won the Philippines national award.

 

In addition, two lawyers were recognized as leading practitioners in their respective fields. They are:

 

  • Best in Compliance and Regulatory – Mini vandePol, Partner, Hong Kong
  • Best in Tax – Adeline Wong, Partner, Wong & Partners, Malaysia
