John Quattrocchi has joined Baker McKenzie’s Corporate & Securities Practice as a Partner in Dallas, bringing more than two decades of experience advising companies on a wide range of complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. 

A former partner in Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Corporate Department in Dallas, John serves as a trusted advisor to multinational companies in a wide range of industries including energy, communications, media and entertainment, sports, technology, and transportation. In addition to advising on M&A and PE transactions, he provides guidance on general corporate matters, corporate governance issues, reorganizations, and sales under the Bankruptcy Code.

John is the latest in a series of prominent hires for the Firm in Texas, including cross-border transactions lawyer Luis F. Gomar, litigators Michelle Hartmann and Thomas Kruse, energy transactions lawyer Denmon Sigler, and the Firm’s Global Head of LNG David Lang.

The Firm has a long history of working with companies in Texas. The Houston and Dallas offices have approximately 120 lawyers and serve clients on a full range of domestic and international legal issues, including dispute resolution, employment, energy, intellectual property, international, securities, M&A and tax.

John received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.S. from The Centre College of Kentucky.
