Baker McKenzie has announced the arrival of special counsel, Melissa Carmody, in the Capital Markets Team in Sydney. Melissa comes to the Firm from Westpac Institutional Bank where she served in the Global Derivative Reform Legal Team focusing on variation margin and gross margin following the implementation of various global regulatory regimes relating to derivatives.
