Baker McKenzie has announced the hiring of lawyer Francesco Maruffi as a local partner in its Dispute Resolution practice group.
Francesco Maruffi specializes in litigation arising out of financial and insurance services. He earned significant experience assisting banks, asset management and real estate brokerage companies, investment funds and SICAV on a wide range of disputes at national and international level in relation to the provision of banking, financial and insurance services and insolvency procedures with cross-border profiles. He also has extensive experience in insurance litigation, acting for major insurance companies in relation to product liability, life insurance, property damage and casualty claims.
Before joining Baker McKenzie, Francesco Maruffi was a partner at Simmons & Simmons.
