Speaking after the ceremony, Baker McKenzie's Global Chair of Diversity & Inclusion, Constanze Ulmer-Eilfort, said, "I am proud of the work our firm does to champion women in the workplace. This is about actions, not just words. Over the past year, we have rolled out our support for UN initiative HeForShe, a solidarity campaign for the advancement of women, and rolled out our bAgile program, a flexible work initiative for all employees. These awards reflect our continued commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in both at Baker McKenzie and in the legal profession. I would like to congratulate all our winners and nominees tonight - on this well-deserved recognition.
"The diversity and talent of our people helps us field the best teams possible to help our clients succeed in an increasingly complex world," said Erik Scheer, Baker McKenzie's EMEA Chair. "I am delighted that we have been recognized as a leading firm for women once more."
