Baker McKenzie advised the Swiss investor group Ufenau Capital Partners on its majority shareholding in the Kruppert Group. The advice covered all legal and tax issues in connection with the acquisition of the Kruppert Group via the platform company Lavatio GmbH and the repurchase of Frank Kruppert.
