Baker McKenzie is pleased to announce that two partners from its Asia Pacific Intellectual Property (IP) practice have been named leading IP practitioners in Managing Intellectual Property (MIP)'s "Top 250 Women in IP" list for 2018.

Say Sujintaya, a partner in Baker McKenzie's' Bangkok office and the regional chair of the Firm's Intellectual Property Group in Asia Pacific, and Kherk Ying Chew, a partner and the head of Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups at Wong & Partners, member firm of Baker McKenzie in Malaysia, have been recognized for their exceptional performance for their clients and also the Firm in the past year. They have also been named by MIP as "IP Star" for Thailand and Malaysia, respectively.

MIP selects the "Top 250 Women in IP" from its global list of "IP stars" for the year. The list is based on research conducted by the MIP team, covering contentious and non-contentious IP work in more than 80 jurisdictions, as well as on peer and client feedback received via surveys and interviews.
