Baker McKenzie advised Winkler+Dünnebier GmbH, a division of Barry-Wehmiller, on its acquisition of BICMA Hygiene Technologie GmbH.
The transaction closed on January 31, 2018. Winkler+Dünnebier will continue the BICMA business based in Mayen, Germany. Baker McKenzie advised Winkler+Dünnebier on all legal aspects of the transaction.

The collaboration will drive growth for both entities in the rapidly expanding hygiene market. We are delighted that we were able to advise Winkler+Dünnebier and Barry-Wehmiller on this third acquisition within a few months," comments Corporate/M&A-Partner Gerald Schumann.
