Baker McKenzie has moved its Dallas office to the 1900 Pearl Building, 1900 N. Pearl St, Suite 1500., a newly constructed 25-story building in the heart of the City's Arts District. Effective Tuesday, the Firm’s Dallas professional staff and team of 65 lawyers became the building’s first tenant.
“We are excited to be a part of this newly constructed development in Dallas,” said Bobby Albaral, Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie's Dallas office. “Our office has an innovative layout with natural light, open workspaces and modern amenities for our colleagues and clients.”
The Firm occupies a 50,000-square-foot space in the building, managed by Lincoln Property Co. and owned by Goldman Sachs & Co. Designed by architectural firm Gensler, the interior includes modern, single-sized lawyer offices and an emphasis on conference rooms and joint working spaces.
“The layout provides a more efficient use of space for interaction among our lawyers, staff and clients,” said Bobby. “We wanted flexible spaces that also will encourage and facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration, which we feel is paramount for effective teamwork and fostering relationships across practice groups.”
The Firm relocated from its former offices at Trammell Crow Center, 2001 Ross Ave.
