Paweł Hincz and Juliusz Krzyżanowski strengthen the Baker McKenzie Life Sciences team in Poland
Two lawyers specializing in advising clients from the Life Sciences industry have joined Baker McKenzie’s IP/TMT/Life Sciences group: Paweł Hincz (local partner) and Juliusz Krzyżanowski (senior associate).
Paweł Hincz is a legal advisor with more than 12 years of experience in advising entities operating in the healthcare sector and in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He has advised private equity funds on investments in healthcare entities, drug manufacturers, distributors of medical devices, pharmaceutical wholesalers, pharmaceutical industry associations and medical service providers. Before joining Baker McKenzie he managed the Life Sciences Practice at WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr Law Office. He graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
Juliusz Krzyżanowski is an advocate specializing in pharmaceutical, medical and food law. He has over 7 years of experience in advising companies operating in the pharmaceutical industry. In the years 2012-2015 he was an advisor to the Minister of Health, then co-managed with Paweł Hincz the Life Sciences Practice at WKC Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr Law Office. He is a graduate of Warsaw University.
