Baker McKenzie has advised Eurazeo Croissance in the framework of its Series C investment in Doctolib, the leading complete on-line appointment booking and patient base development service in France, for a total amount of around €35 million. Bpifrance Participations also took part in the operation through the conversion of existing debts into shares.  

With more than six billion euros in various assets under management, including one billion managed for third parties, Eurazeo is one of the leading listed investment companies in Europe. 

This new round of fundraising, bringing to €61 million the amounts raised by Doctolib in 2017, will enable Doctolib to consolidate is position as leader in France and pursue its development in new countries in Europe.
