On Friday 13 October, the first day of trading in Climeon’s shares on the Nasdaq First North Premier occurred. The subscription price was SEK 31 per share, which corresponded to a market capitalisation of approximately SEK 1.3 billion.
Climeon provides technology that recovers waste-heat energy from industry and low-temperature geothermal heat to generate electricity. Interest ahead of the listing was very strong, both from institutional investors in Sweden and abroad as well as from the general public in Sweden.
Pareto Securities was Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner and Baker McKenzie was legal advisor in connection with the IPO. The lawyers mainly involved from Baker McKenzie were Joakim Falkner, Henrik Roth, Per Blom and Ian Gulam.
