Baker McKenzie advised Avedon Capital Partners (Avedon) on the acquisition of Altendorf Group. Altendorf Group is the globally leading manufacturer of saws for craft processing of wood, metal and plastics located in Minden, Germany.
The transaction was concluded on October 6, 2017. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Baker McKenzie advised Avedon on all aspects of the transaction, including the future involvement of the current management.
