Baker McKenzie has advised Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, and its subsidiary Worldline [Euronext: WLN], on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of First Data Corporation's (NYSE: FDC) wholly owned subsidiaries in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia ("First Data Baltics"), for c.€73 million.
The joint London-Paris team was led by Corporate partner Alain Sauty de Chalon (Paris), alongside David Hart and Tom Edwards (London senior associates) and Anna Scott (London associate).

With this acquisition, Worldline anticipates being able to accelerate the revenue growth of its Financial Processing division from 2018 onwards.
