Global law firm Baker McKenzie has advised Colony NorthStar, Inc, a leading global real estate and investment management firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange, on the sale of two special purpose vehicles, CFI Mountain (Switzerland) Sàrl and CFI Lake (Switzerland) Sàrl, the owners of the university campuses of the Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, leaders in international hospitality management. The asset purchase price amounts to more than CHF 250 million.
