Baker McKenzie Kyiv office has advised the management of Ukrainian Agrarian Investments (UAI), large-scale farming business that manages over 190,000 hectares of leasehold farmland and approximately 200,000 tons of grain storage capacity, on the sale of a minority stake to Kernel Holding S.A. ("Kernel"). 

Kernel is the largest Ukraine-based diversified agribusiness company in the Black Sea region with a share listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. 

The total valuation of UAI as the result of 100% sale was USD155 million.
