Barbara Klementz Named Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie California Offices
Barbara Klementz has been named Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie's San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. She succeeds Colin Murray, who has been named Managing Partner of North America.
Barbara is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Compensation and Employment Group, practicing in the area of Executive Compensation with a special focus on global equity compensation and incentive programs. She regularly advises multinational companies on implementing and maintaining their equity compensation and other incentive programs worldwide as well as on a variety of executive compensation matters.
Barbara is the chair of the San Francisco/Palo Alto Global Equity Services sub-practice and co-chair of the San Francisco/Palo Alto Compensation and Employment Group.

Barbara serves as a director on the board of the Global Equity Organization and as a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, as well as the Bar Association of San Francisco. She has authored several articles on global equity issues for the BNA Executive Compensation Journal, Journal of Corporate Taxation, and the San Francisco and Los Angeles Daily Journals, and she is the author of a blog called the Global Equity Equation. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of global equity and executive compensation topics.
