Baker McKenzie Hires Key Antitrust Regulator in Chile
Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has expanded its Antirust expertise in Latin America by hiring Juan Ignacio Donoso. Prior to joining the firm, Juan was the Deputy Chief of the Antitrust Division at the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE) since 2013. Before that, he was the Deputy Chief of the Cartel Division in the FNE. He was also involved in developing Chile's new leniency guidelines and is a professor in one of the most important law faculties in Chile.

Juan is due to take up his position from July 17th, and will work from the Firm's Santiago office.
