Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has appointed Frankfurt-based Nikolaus Reinhuber as Global Chair of its latest industry group, Industrials, Manufacturing and Transportation (IMT).
With an international career spanning over 25 years, Nikolaus has been with Baker McKenzie since 2008 and is one of the Firm's most experienced partners in the IMT sector. Educated in Germany and the UK, Nikolaus focuses his practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance law and general company law.
Baker McKenzie currently has over 200 global IMT clients. This will be sixth global industry group for Baker McKenzie working for clients in:
- Aerospace and Defence
- Industrial Conglomerates
- Transportation and Logistics
