Matthieu Grollemund has joined Baker McKenzie in Paris as a Partner, together with his team. He will manage the Paris office’s Corporate practice jointly with Stéphane Davin, with the task of continuing the development of the Private Equity and Capital Markets/Public M&A practices.
As adviser to numerous market place funds, Matthieu Grollemund has worked on multiple emblematic growth operations (BlaBlaCar, Vestiaire Collective, FarFetch, Doctolib) and stock exchange listings on Euronext, Nasdaq and HKSE (Criteo, ShowroomPrivé, AAA, Echosens) or public M&A (MedTech at the time of the takeover bid by Zimmer Biommet, Avanquest, Atari). In particular, he assists funds and listed and non-listed groups with their international growth in the United States and Asia, especially in medical or high-tech industries. He is a recognised specialist whose clients describe him as pragmatic, innovative and particularly agile in cross-border operations, especially Franco-American ones (Chambers Private Equity, M&A and Capital Markets, Financial Times Most Innovative Lawyer).

Before joining Baker McKenzie, Matthieu Grollemund was a Partner at Dechert. Previously, he worked for several years in New York for an international firm and has also taken part in setting up a multi-disciplinarian Corporate Finance team at the consulting firm McKinsey.
A member of the Bar in Paris, New York and London, he has a diploma from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (1997) and graduated from ESCP Europe (1995).
Matthieu Grollemund is accompanied by Hélène Parent (Senior Associate), Raphaël Sendowski (Associate) and Gautier Valdiguié (Junior Associate).
