Baker McKenzie Launches Compensation Connection Blog
Covers Key Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Developments for Employers
Baker McKenzie’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice has launched a new blog, "The Compensation Connection," to provide timely analysis on legal and tax developments and market practices affecting executive compensation and employee benefits.
Topics will focus on U.S. laws and requirements impacting equity and incentive compensation plans, deferred compensation, pension and welfare plans, as well as other employee benefits and compensation arrangements. The blog is available at: thecompensationconnection.com.
“We created this blog as a resource for employers and talent management to stay abreast of changes in laws affecting executive compensation and employee benefits and to receive insights on trends and best practices to help keep their incentive programs compliant and competitive,” said Sinead Kelly, a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Employment and Compensation Law practice and blog contributor.
The Compensation Connection will also feature posts from Baker McKenzie’s global network of employee benefits and executive compensation lawyers, who advise on the tax, securities law, employment law, exchange control and other implications of operating equity, incentive and pension arrangements in jurisdictions outside the United States.
