Krzysztof Haładyj, Ph.D., has joined Baker & McKenzie as local partner at the Firm’s Warsaw office. He will strengthen the finance group of the office.
Krzysztof specializes in capital market regulations, regulatory issues of public companies and investment funds as well as in banking and corporate law. He is the author of numerous publications on civil law, commercial law and capital market law. He has worked on many projects relating to the issue of securities and placing them on the market. He also advised on transactions for obtaining financing through the issue of bonds.
Krzysztof has broad knowledge and extensive experience in advising financial institutions. I am confident that Krzysztof joining the office with his team will be a great support for clients facing upcoming challenges for the financial services sector

Over the years, Krzysztof worked with the law firm Wierzbowski Eversheds, in which he headed the banking, financial and capital market law practice group. Krzysztof has a Ph.D. in law. He graduated from the University of Warsaw.
Apart from Krzysztof, the finance group has also been strengthened by Małgorzata Bakuła and Justyna Wigier. Małgorzata is a legal counsel and specializes in banking law and capital market law.
Justyna, advocate's trainee, focuses in her practice on providing advice to commercial companies and banks in their ongoing operations. Another member of the team responsible for banking law is Antoni Goraj who joined the office in October. Antoni is a legal counsel and specializes in matters relating to financial and commercial law.
