"It is going to be exciting to continue to develop Baker McKenzie’s strong trademark. We live in a time of change and must constantly evolve to be ahead of the curve. One challenge for me is to implement our newly updated global strategy and profile, which even better meets our clients’ needs and the challenges and changes we see on the global market. It is with humility that I take over the role of Managing Partner from Sten Bauer. He has done a fantastic job on positioning Baker McKenzie in the Nordics and building strong relationships with our 76 other offices around the world, says Anders Fast."
