Mattias Hedwall, who leads Baker & McKenzie’s Global International Commerce & Trade Group said, "Unlike many other law firms practicing in the areas of export controls, trade sanctions, and anti-boycott laws and regulations, the attorneys in our trade compliance group are not “general” trade practitioners but instead specialize in specific regulatory areas. We are therefore delighted to be recognized for our hard work in winning this award."
Baker & McKenzie also received Highly Commended accolades for their work in Export Controls in the USA and the Rest of the World, with partners John McKenzie, Nick Coward, Eugene Lim and Esteban Ropolo all gaining special mention for their highly respected work in the industry.
