Strengthening our Real Estate and Construction team in Poland
Przemysław Kucharski, advocate and former CMS partner, has joined Baker & McKenzie as Local Partner at the firm’s Warsaw office. The move is aimed at further strengthening the Real estate and Construction department of Baker & McKenzie in Poland.
Przemysław Kucharski is an expert in real estate and construction law. His unique selling point is a combination of over 11 years’ experience on the real estate market in Poland, tax knowledge and business acumen. He has advised on various significant real estate, corporate and financial transactions, including land acquisition, land development for industrial, retail, office and housing purposes, project financing, corporate structuring of transactions, leasing of commercial, industrial and office space, and restructuring. Przemysław also has considerable experience of handling various administrative and civil proceedings, including all issues related to development and construction permits and approvals, zoning and related matters, as well as construction disputes. Przemysław Kucharski is regarded as a respected media expert in real estate and construction law and is the author of various legal articles regarding real estate and civil proceedings issues.

Przemysław Kucharski graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law (2004). He also participated in the Building on Talent program at IMD Business School (2013-2014). Before joining Baker & McKenzie he was a partner (from May 2014 onwards) and before that a senior associate (from July 2008 onwards) in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS. Previously, Przemysław worked as a tax lawyer in the real estate department of EY and in the real estate practice of one of the largest Polish law firms – Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (the law firm associated with EY at the time).
Przemysław completed bar training for judges in 2007. Since 2008, Przemysław has been an advocate admitted to the Advocate Bar in Warsaw. Przemysław is also a member of the Polish Arbitration Association.
