The International Law Office (ILO) rewarded Dusseldorf-based Baker & McKenzie partner Dr. Nicolas Kredel with the "Client Choice Award 2016" for his excellent performance in the category Competition & Antitrust/Germany. The award was granted on the basis of feedback given by clients. Within the scope of an intensive research process, the ILO had interviewed a large number of corporate counsels, focusing on the quality of legal advice rendered by attorneys as well as a pragmatic, service-oriented approach and their economic understanding. This resulted in the nomination of more than 2,000 attorneys for various categories.

Here is what corporate counsels who participated in the survey said about Nicolas Kredel:

"Mr Kredel is an outstanding antitrust lawyer; he has exceptional experience and expertise in all fields of antitrust law."

"His legal counsel and advice are always practical, relevant and underpinned by sound and thorough analysis."

"Mr Kredel is responsive to clients' needs; he provides lean, practical guidance that is easy to use."

"Mr Kredel has great business acumen."
