The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need to reshape employment models, and more companies are examining extended remote work policies to provide flexibility for the benefit of both people and organizations.

CEOs of the 2020 Fortune 500 list reported one of the most important things the crisis has taught them is working from home works, with 74% of CFOs transitioning previously on-site employees to a remote work employment structure permanently in the aftermath of COVID-19.

As global organizations move away from the typical 9-5 office work existence in favor of remote working models, governments are responding to this increased trend.
