The Salary Increase would be applied as of February, March and April 2020, as depicted below:
- The Salary Increase for the month of February was agreed in ARS 1,000, to be paid during the month of March 2020.
- The Salary Increase for the month of March was agreed in ARS 1,000, to be paid with the salary of March 2020.
- The Salary Increase for the month of April and subsequent months will be ARS 2,000, so that ARS 1,000 will be added to the increase previously granted.
The Salary Increase of ARS 2,000 will apply until the next collective negotiation, when it would be compensated.
The Salary Increase shall not be taken into account for the calculation of any additional premium set forth in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and shall be depicted in the payslips as 'Agreement 2019 to 2020'. According to the agreement, the additional payments set forth on the CBA, seniority and attendance premium, shall not include in their calculation basis: (a) The Salary Increase; nor (b) the increase provided by means of Executive Order no.14/2020.
Additionally, was decided to maintain the nature of the solidarity increase established in Article 1 and 2 of Executive Order no.14/2020. We recall that the Executive established through said Executive Order a salary increase of ARS 4,000, which, according to the Executive Order, should not be taken into account for the calculation of any additional premium set forth the CBA.
It was also agreed that the commercial workers under the agreement must contribute with ARS 100 per month, as an extraordinary and exceptional contribution, to OSECAC.
