Following the busy period running up to the end of the year, January has been relatively quiet on the pensions legal update front, with the important exception of the progress of the newly-re-introduced Pension Schemes Bill. However, we understand that various government and regulatory announcements and updates are expected to be released in February, not least the consultation on the new draft DB Funding Code, so watch this space.
