This year, various changes into Dutch tax law came into effect following the adoption of Tax Plan 2020.
In general, the aim of the Tax Plan 2020 is to maintain a competitive business climate, while at the same time combatting tax abuse and aligning Dutch tax rules with EU case law and EU directives.
