We are pleased to announce the launch of Global Litigation News, a new platform which will cover trends and developments in commercial litigation around the world.
The site will look at all aspects of domestic and international litigation, including jurisdiction, procedural rules, interim measures, enforcement, foreign judgements and costs. Our insights will cover topics as varied as international conventions on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement; international conventions on the taking of evidence; choice of jurisdiction; forum shopping; class actions; and interim measures (to name a few). In addition, we will analyse areas of substantive law which have a certain dispute affinity, for example cartel damages litigation, corporate disputes, agency law disputes and patent litigation.
Content will draw on Baker McKenzie's more than 1100 disputes lawyers around its 78 offices in 46 countries, leveraging the full breadth and depth of our legal and industry expertise to help our global clients navigate litigation risk around the world.
