Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) rulings are binding on all EU Member States and have a critical impact on how VAT rules are applied throughout Europe. We will review some of the significant recent and pending cases that will be of interest to those with responsibility for VAT in the EU. In this webinar, we:

At the same time, new decisions from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the VAT treatment of supply chain structures could impact any business model involving flows of goods within the European Union.
