Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) rulings are binding on all EU Member States and have a critical impact on how VAT rules are applied throughout Europe. We will review some of the significant recent and pending cases that will be of interest to those with responsibility for VAT in the EU. In this webinar, we:

The economic environment has led companies to change their business models and with that, their supply flows. At the same time, new decisions from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the VAT treatment of supply chain structures could impact any business model involving flows of goods within the European Union. In this webinar, we covered:
- The CJEU decisions relevant to the VAT treatment of EU supply chain structures.
- How to determine the EU supply within a supply chain.
- Domestic regulations and approaches to be aware of when managing supply chain structures.
