We will look at the differences and similarities in the legal restructuring process across Austria, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US, the potential legal remedies in each jurisdiction and the practical steps that employers can take to keep the business running.
