The Los Angeles office of Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks an associate attorney with 3 - 6 years of experience for its Securities Litigation Practice Group, supporting its securities class action and shareholder derivative litigation as well as its SEC investigation and enforcement practices. The ideal candidate will have securities class action and SEC enforcement litigation experience. The candidate will also have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills e.g., Law Review, along with experience in case management, drafting pleadings and discovery, arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Major law firm experience in a litigation practice preferred, foreign language skills are a plus. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar to apply.
