Description

The Global Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Global Recruitment Managers and Regional Directors of Recruitment to deliver a first-class recruitment experience to all Business Professional candidates and Hiring Managers.  The role-holder will support the execution of full life-cycle recruitment processes (internal and external) to fill role vacancies, whilst supporting the delivery and coordination of significant hiring numbers in a hands-on and direct sourcing capacity. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Recruitment Managers to efficiently support and coordinate all Business Professional recruitment activities, with a focus on attracting and hiring diverse talent
  • Work closely with the Global Recruitment Managers to efficiently execute sourcing-related activities (as requested) for Business Professionals and Lateral Associates, with a focus on attracting and hiring diverse talent
  • With oversight and support from Global Recruitment Managers, support vacancies across all Business Professional functions globally, including but not limited to sourcing, effectively managing applications, candidate screening and shortlisting, pre-interviewing as required, market scanning/intelligence, offer administration (working alongside in-market Recruitment and Talent colleagues), due diligence, and pre-onboarding activities
  • Work across boundaries (geography, industry, and level), work autonomously and collaborate with peers around the world to explore talent networks, develop creative sourcing solutions to attract talent, and participate in meaningful projects to evolve the sourcing function
  • Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates, while reducing dependency on agencies
  • Under the guidance of the Global Recruitment Managers, execute and support, as required, on agreed vacancies to ensure continued effective management of volumes, with a focus on outstanding client and candidate experience 
  • Partner with and ensure effective collaboration and communication with in-market Recruitment and Talent teams and administrators to drive best-in-class recruitment and functional cohesiveness
  • Ensure roles and vacancies are updated across multiple internal and external channels and systems (including but not limited to posting on and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online advertising and sourcing channels, careers site) 
  • Working with Global Recruitment Managers and hiring managers to agree on hiring processes and interview panel/s, in line with best practices.  Work seamlessly with the E2E team to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner and hiring managers are regularly updated on vacancy status
  • Collect, track, and maintain the movement of applications in existing ATS, including applications received outside the ATS
  • Adhere to all workforce planning and hiring approvals/budgeting processes
  • Ensure coordination with the E2E team across all service level requests to ensure support is seamless and provides high-level candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Maintain a consistent high-quality pipeline of passive and interested inclusive and diverse talent
  • Support Global Recruitment Managers to deliver timely and accurate reporting of all related recruitment activities to Recruitment Directors and other stakeholders and use data to drive recruitment performance and track FTE headcount
  • Where vendors are used, adhere to preferred supplier strategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes support the Firm's brand and that the Firm provides a world-class candidate experience throughout the selection process

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in supporting recruiting processes and delivering operational excellence in a complex global organization
  • Ideally, international recruitment experience as part of a wider recruiting function 
  • Knowledgeable in various recruitment principles particularly in candidate management
  • Extensive experience in supporting professional and business services recruitment (e.g. Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, and other support functions)
  • Strong track record in direct sourcing methodologies and delivery
  • Technologically capable with experience in working with and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong collaborative working style 
  • Able to work at pace, problem solve, and deliver solutions against tight timelines
  • Excellent communication skills with both team members and senior and executive stakeholders
  • Able to bring good judgement and empathy to sensitive situations
  • Experience of working in a Professional Services organization would be highly desirable
