The Pricing Operations Supervisor will manage the Global Pricing Operations team in the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of the pricing elements of client agreements and financial terms, in a sustainable and efficient way in order to reduce leakage.


Supervise day-to-day operational aspects of the Pricing Operations team which may be located in multiple centers
Provide guidance to stakeholders on the implementation of pricing arrangements into SAP, pricing and financial terms management systems.
Liaise with other functions and global teams to ensure agreed terms are implemented correctly in SAP and the pricing systems and that we are compliant with such obligations
Initiate the process of updating arrangements in anticipation of their expiration
Coordinate the annual standard rates setup process in close collaboration with the Strategic Pricing team and In-Market Business Teams / resources
Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures for the ongoing review and maintenance of pricing setups
Maintain a central repository for the clients contracts / financial terms agreements and proactively manage the updates with the appropriate parties
Continually seek to improve the pricing function and support the pricing managers and Billing Operations Service Owner with the transition of pricing to the centralized teams

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, commerce, finance, liberal arts, or related courses 
Good experience in a billing and or pricing role
General understanding of accounting or finance principles as well as the specific law firm or professional service accounting structure, environment and requirements
Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Confident to escalate and ask questions, especially when being asked to deviate from standard processes 
Knowledge and experience of financial systems (SAP preferred but not required)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including learning new skills when required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative
Flexibility to work a reasonable shifting requirement is required
