Description

We are seeking Legal Secretary to support our legal professional team in Bangkok office.

The successful applicants will support our legal professional team in the following responsibilities:

  • perform overall secretarial task such as: 
    • preparing quality documents/correspondence
    • arranging appointments and trips
    • screening visitors, mails and calls before transferring to supervisor/s
    • recording messages
    • organizing supervisor's work area
    • performing secretarial duties in the absence of other secretaries
  • perform basic research for supervisor/legal professionals, and coordinate with other business professionals team to handle necessary work as required
  • maintain good healthy relationships with internal and external parties e.g. colleagues, clients, suppliers, etc.
  • perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

 

Experience Required

  • vocational or higher educational degree in any field
  • good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written
  • good typing skills (Thai and English) and proficiency in computer program, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • good communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning, service-minded, and high attention to details
  • ability to collaborate well with others as well as work independently
  • able to manage and complete multiple tasks as agreed timeline

Preferrable:

  • previous work experience in secretarial/administrative functions in legal and/ or professional service company
