The Talent Management Executive will work alongside Talent Management Team to provide top quality, consistent and seamless support to the Principals / Partners on all matters relating to People Management including HR operations and administrative tasks, graduate recruitment, experienced hires, manage the employee lifecycle for both timekeepers and PBS staff and other HR projects.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Talent Management Team in providing support to the Practice Groups and Functional teams in relation to people matters, including but not limited to:

  • Manage the end to end interview process including maintaining the system, screening applications, scheduling interviews
  • Assist with planning and organisation of university recruitment events such as preparing marketing materials & setting up the events
  • Responsible for processing approvals and recruitment programs for all hiring
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the Talent Management Team in the provision of a full spectrum of HR related functions
  • Assist in employee on-boarding and departure process in compliance with the Firm's process
  • Assist in HR compliance works i.e Social insurance, Trade Union, Labor compliance and payroll movement
  • Ensure employee data update in HR system in timely manner and filing is well maintained and updated
  • Coordinate with the regional Learning and Leadership team to arrange training for employees and new joiners
  • Build good relationships and work with Partners, functional heads and practice groups on a frequent basis
  • Perform HR ad-hoc projects as assigned and HR-related reports
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Experience in similar HR role with 4 year experience at least
  • Good written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
  • High level of discretion, diplomacy and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype for business or similar)
