Description

A DSC Coordinator processes low to intermediate complexity word processing, voice file transcription and other requests. They may also be assigned to special/strategic projects, including pilot programs for new services.

DSC Coordinators are expected to uphold the department’s quality and efficiency standards by producing mostly one-pass work that needs no further quality checks specifically for low to medium complexity jobs. From time to time, he/she may be assigned to help with peer reviews to ensure consistent output quality among Document Coordinators.

Operations and Account Management

  • Accomplishes low to intermediate complexity assignments, following established quality standards, in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Produces mostly one-pass work (i.e., output that requires no further quality review)specifically for low to intermediate complexity jobs as needed or as recommended by the Team lead, operations / OIC
  • Reviews output quality of Jr. Coordinators and peers prior to submission and provides quality coaching as necessary
  • Effective account management skills
    • Communicates with clients by phone and/or email accurately and timely
    • Proactively offers solutions whenever potential problems are foreseen
    • Confirms all discussions and agreements with clients in writing
  • Reports to the Team Lead, Operations all issues that may interfere with service delivery
  • Forwards client feedback to the Team Lead, Operations
  • Properly endorses all pending jobs to the next shift
  • Well-versed on four or more Department Service Lines
  • Helps conduct peer learning sessions within owned service line/s
  • Consistently achieves individual targets and departmental objectives
  • Implements all company policies, rules and regulations
  • Maintains confidentiality of Firm and client information
  • Performs other DSC-related functions as deemed necessary by the Team Lead, Operations or DSC Manager
  • Supports and guides Document Operators and helps Team Lead keep track of progress

  • Helps execute all project requirements according to service delivery standards
  • Develops and applies subject matter expertise

  • Coordinates with Project Managers on updates and issue resolution strategies
       

Brand support

  • Advises, encourages and facilitates client adoption of VIP standards and templates
  • Creates visually engaging documents and presentation materials using MS Word and PowerPoint templates
  • Enhances past Firm materials using new branding guidelines, ensuring bespoke designs fit for purpose
  • Ensures accurate and timely output delivery by adhering to established quality and Firm brand standards
  • Alerts clients to potential problems/issues ahead of time and offers possible solutions or alternative approaches

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree with good academic standing
  •  At least 1-5 years relevant work experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Certified in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
